WYD Global is undergoing an update to its Cash Store on the website! It's not just a new look, but an experience designed for those seeking efficiency. Our goal was to create a more modern, intuitive, and practical experience, making what matters most easier: your journey in Kersef. This new version of the shop offers more organization for packages and an intelligent system for you to manage your event bonuses with complete clarity and speed.
Space optimization: Intelligent grouping
With the new update, the Smart Grouping system automatically groups identical Bonus Content items from your packages together at the time of delivery, with a maximum limit of 120 units per slot for the same item.
This logic also applies to the Guaranteed Gift: if you are eligible for the bonus, identical items will be combined and delivered as a group. It's worth noting that, although Guaranteed Gift items don't appear in the 'Purchase Summary', their delivery in the game will happen as a group, whenever possible.
The result? Real space savings in your cargo storage and a much more optimized recovery experience.
Grouping rules
If you win the same item through different mechanics (e.g., Bonus Content from the Promotional Pack + Guaranteed Gift), the system will group them into a single slot.
Examples:
- Example 1:
- If the Bonus Content Items from the purchased Promotional Package and the Guaranteed Gift contain Commemorative Coins, the system will automatically add the two sources together. Therefore, the quantity delivered to your Storage Unit will be the unified total, which may be higher than the value displayed individually in the cart, precisely because the Guaranteed Gift items are not shown in the Purchase Summary.
- Example 2:
- If you purchase a Promotional Package 1, which contains [03] Purple Medals in the Bonus Content, and purchase a Promotional Package 4, which contains [25] Purple Medals in the Bonus Content, the system will deliver [28] Purple Medals directly to your Cargo Guard.
Complete Checkout: Your new Shopping Cart
Now you can select multiple packages (same or different) and set the desired quantity for each. You can make a single transaction for your entire weekly order through the Shopping Cart.
- Multiple choices: Add different packages and set the quantities of each in the same cart.
- Purchase Summary: At checkout, the "Purchase Summary" will display only the total value in Nordic Points (NP) and a detailed breakdown of the Bonus Content items.
Important:
- Guaranteed Gift:
- Although the "Guaranteed Gift" items also use the Smart Grouping system, they will not be visually listed in the cart summary.
- If the player is eligible to receive the "Guaranteed Gift", the items will be processed and sent to the account following the grouping logic, even if they are not listed in the previous purchase summary.
Monitoring Bonuses and Gifts
We've implemented unique visual indicators to ensure you have complete clarity on all active bonuses at the exact moment of your purchase.
Weekly Gift
- The "Weekly Gift Activated" banner will appear at the top of the store whenever a Guaranteed Gift is available for your first purchase of this edition.
Important:
- Some items can only be redeemed once a month. Check the current event news for more information.
- The banner is active, so you are eligible to receive the Weekly Gift rewards.
- Note that the banner does not appear in this case, meaning you have already received the Weekly Gift rewards in the current event.
Guaranteed Gift
- Each package will display this "[+] Guaranteed Gift!" seal if you haven't yet purchased the bonus unit from the weekly edition. Once you claim the gift, the seal will be automatically removed from your interface.
- When the seal is visible, it means that your Guaranteed Gift will be delivered when you purchase the corresponding Promotional Package.
- If the seal is not displayed, this indicates that you are not eligible to receive the Guaranteed Gift for that particular package.
Important information
- Balance and History: Your NP balance and access to your Purchase History and Loyalty Pass (coming soon) are pinned to the top of the page.
- Menu Division: The store now features navigation tabs:
- Event Menu: Where are the Promotional Packages for the Current Event.
- Store Menu: Where the fixed NP Packages are located.
- Informative Interface: When you hover your mouse over the bonuses, direct links to event news will be available to view the rewards that can be earned. You can hover your mouse over each item in the package to read its description.
- Support: If you find any discrepancies in the values or grouping of items, please open a support ticket immediately.
The new features are already integrated and ready to optimize your gaming experience.
