We understand how this impacts your experience and want you to know that resolving this issue is our top priority at this time. Our investigation remains active and is at the highest level of urgency.
We've conducted extensive checks and tests on all our servers and services. To date, we haven't found any apparent internal issues. However, this doesn't mean the issue has been resolved. On the contrary, we continue to monitor everything in real time and investigate other possible external causes (such as internet routing and ISP instability) to identify the root cause of the disconnections. In parallel, we've implemented immediate mitigation measures to try to reduce the impact and improve game stability while the investigation continues.
We deeply thank the community for the countless reports, incident times, screenshots, short videos, and suggestions sent so far. This active support has been essential for validating scenarios and prioritizing adjustments. Please know that every piece of information shared helps us get closer to resolving the issue. We are working hand-in-hand with you on this issue.
We are fully committed to resolving the disconnections as quickly as possible.
